Privacy notice.

This notice explains what omnef.com collects, why, and how it’s handled. OMNEF is a launching company and keeps this notice plain rather than padded with boilerplate it doesn’t need.

What OMNEF collects

  • Contact and audit form submissions — name, business name, email, phone if provided, and whatever message you write.
  • Business X-Ray inputs — what you type into the OMNEF Business X-Ray about your business and its operations, along with the resulting Opportunity Map if one is generated.
  • Conversation content sent to an AI provider — messages you send through the X-Ray or the Talk to OMNEF panel are sent to a third-party AI provider in order to generate a response. That provider processes the content to produce the reply; it is not used by OMNEF for anything beyond generating that response.
  • Basic analytics, if enabled — standard, non-invasive usage information such as which pages are visited, used to understand how the site is used.

Why OMNEF collects it

To respond to a request you’ve made — a contact message, an audit request, or an X-Ray brief — and to understand and improve how the site and its tools work. OMNEF does not sell personal information, and does not use form or X-Ray submissions for advertising.

Retention

Form submissions and X-Ray conversation data are kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request and maintain a record of it, and are not kept indefinitely without reason. If you’d like your information deleted sooner, contact OMNEF using the email below and it will be removed except where OMNEF has a legitimate reason to retain it, such as an unresolved request.

Third parties

OMNEF uses third-party infrastructure to operate this site and its tools — including an AI provider to generate conversational responses, and standard hosting and email-delivery services to run the site and respond to submissions. These providers process data only as needed to deliver that infrastructure; OMNEF does not share your information with them for any other purpose.

Your requests

To ask what OMNEF has on file about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion, email [email protected]. OMNEF will respond directly.

Changes to this notice

As OMNEF’s tools and services grow, this notice will be updated to reflect what’s actually collected and why. Check back here for the current version.
